For Psychics

Psychic Cloud is a platform to bring together a community of psychic advisors and people seeking psychic advice, providing opportunities to connect with one another in new ways. In addition to allowing you to give psychic readings, you are able to produce content, build a following, and engage with a community of other psychic advisors.

Select the “Me” icon on the bottom right of the screen to display your profile. From there, select the “Edit Profile” button to allow you to update the Psychic profile fields. Once you have completed your changes, select “Save” at the top right of the screen. You will receive a brief notification at the top of the screen that will confirm the changes have been saved. You can switch from your Consumer profile to your Psychic profile to access Psychic-only features such as posting content to the Home feed, hosting events, and more.
To switch accounts, select the “Me” icon on the bottom right of the screen to display your profile. Click on your username displayed at the top of the screen to open a drop-down menu. Tap the account that you would like to interact as.

There are two areas you can access the create content button: 1) From your Psychic profile, click the “+” icon on the top right corner of the screen. 2) From the “Home” tab, click the “+” icon on the top right corner of the screen. Clicking the upload button will allow you to upload photos, audio, or video content that you already have saved on your phone or to use your phone’s camera to capture a photo or record audio or video content directly. Add a caption, description, and any hashtags before clicking “Publish” to upload for the community to view on the “Home” tab and on your Psychic profile.

Consumers must initiate any readings happening on Psychic Cloud, either through a chat, audio call, or video call. When someone reaches out for an audio or video reading, you will receive an audio or video call through your phone, regardless of whether you are in the app when the call is initiated. For chat readings, you will receive a notification that you have a message waiting for you within the app and will have 72 hours to respond. While in your Psychic profile, you can view the readings you’ve provided through the “Readings” tab under “Chat.” All reading records will appear in the same chat for each individual consumer.

After completing a free, recorded audio or video reading, you have the option to publish the reading for the community to view on the “Home” tab and on your Psychic profile. To publish a reading, navigate to your Psychic profile. In the “Posts” window at the bottom, there will be a tab labeled “Draft” and if you have any content, you can review and publish. Click on which piece of content you would like to publish. If you choose “Proceed”, you will be prompted to add a caption, description and hashtags before publishing. If you choose “Remove”, you will be asked if you would like to permanently remove this content.

After you submit an application and complete the interview process, you will be approved to provide free readings as a community psychic. The Psychic Cloud team is currently defining the requirements to become a paid psychic and will post more details when they become available.

There are two types of events in Psychic Cloud, scheduled events and instant events. Both of these can either be public or private (invite only).
To schedule an event, navigate to the “Events” tab from the bottom menu. In the upper left-hand corner, click on the calendar icon to access “My Events”. On the “Create Event” tab, add a title for your future event and fill in your details such as date, time, description, etc. Events must be scheduled at least 15 minutes in advance. To view your scheduled events, click on “All Events” within “My Events.”
To start an instant event, navigate to the “Events” tab. Click the “+” icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Enter a title and description for your event, choose your privacy setting, and click “Create Room.”. If you choose an invite only event, you will be prompted to select your participants.

Events are recorded automatically and can be published by the host psychic for the community to view on the “Home” tab and on the host Psychic’s profile. After hosting an event, you will be notified when the event is ready for your approval to be published, or you can access it through your Psychic profile. To publish an Event you hosted, navigate to your Psychic profile. In the “Posts” window at the bottom, there will be a tab labeled “Draft” with recorded Events you have hosted that you can review and publish. Click on the event you would like to publish. If you choose “Proceed”, you will be prompted to add a caption, description and hashtags before publishing. If you choose “Remove”, you will be asked if you would like to permanently remove this content. These recordings are available for the Psychic to review and publish under the Draft tab on the Psychic Profile.

To attend an event hosted by another Psychic, you must enter the event in your Consumer profile instead of your Psychic profile. From there, you may request to speak (which the host can approve or deny) by clicking the Raise Hand icon. In addition, the host can also invite any participant to become a moderator.

Psychics can send a broadcast from the “Chat” tab by clicking the “Broadcast” button in the upper right corner. You can create a broadcast list by entering the name of the broadcast and choose who you would like to receive the broadcast from your recent interactions, followers, or psychics. Saved broadcast lists will appear under the “My Broadcasts” tab within the “Chat” tab. Once you select a broadcast list, you can send a broadcast message. The broadcast recipients will receive a push notification with your broadcast.

Any applicant will need to follow the same application process to become a Psychic. That said, if you want to give a heads-up to the team that you interviewed with at Psychic Cloud when you were approved, please send them an email so they know to be on the lookout for your referral.

Any Psychic Cloud user can report inappropriate content or account within the app. To report content, select the Flag icon and follow the prompts to report if the content is inappropriate. To report another user, navigate to their profile, click on the ellipsis on the top right corner of the screen, and choose “Report." To report an event, select the ellipsis at the top of the event screen and choose “Report.” Reporting content, events, or other users will create a ticket for the Psychic Cloud support team to review and take action if needed.

We welcome your feedback on how we can improve our app! To submit feedback, navigate to the “Settings” menu from your profile page. Choose “Help,” and then “Suggestion.” Share your thoughts with us in the text box and submit them for review.

An Early Access Advisor (EAA) for Psychic Cloud means that you’ll be given access and opportunities to build your brand and connect with other psychics before we open Psychic Cloud up for customers. We expect to make this opening shortly, based on feedback we receive from advisors such as yourself.

Being an Early Access Advisor will allow you to share your unique psychic gifts on the app:
  • Create and share (or re-post) content that gives insight into your psychic abilities.
  • Host and moderate live and recorded events!
  • Build a brand and following for yourself.
  • Talk and share with other psychics.
Psychic Cloud is a place to support and share, mentor and be mentored, teach and learn.

As an Early Access Advisor, you can build a following by uploading content, moderating events, and giving free readings.

Being a Community-Only Advisor allows you to share your unique psychic gifts on the app, including: creating and sharing (or re-posting) content that gives insight into your psychic abilities; host and moderate live and recorded events; build a brand and follow for yourself; and talk/share with other Advisors. You might notice that Community Advisors are not set up to give paid readings to consumers on the app. We look forward to reviewing your status down the road, so that can give paid readings in the future. When we do take a look, we will be reviewing your level of participation on the app, content you’ve shared, and feedback you’ve received from other members.

For Customers

From the “Me” page, select the Settings cog and then navigate to “Payment.” Here is where you can add funds to your account. The price is $2.00 per minute for audio and video calls; and $2.00 per 240 characters in a chat.

Yes. As long as someone is your “friend,” you may go to the “Chat” page, select “Friends” and the pass messages there.

After your profile is created, on the “Me” tab, you will notice a button at the top that reads “Apply to Become a Psychic.” Select this and you will be brought to a page that offers more details. At the bottom of that page are two buttons: one to “Share” if you want to send the information with someone, and one for “Apply.” Selecting “Apply” will send a notification to Psychic Cloud’s recruitment team. Your status will remain “pending” until it is determined whether they want to schedule an appointment to interview you.
