Cancelation and No-Show Policies

Psychic Cancelation
If the Psychic cancels 24 hours before the appointment time, there is no penalty. If the Psychic cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment time, they will receive a notification that advises them they may be subject to a penalty.

Consumer Cancelation
If the Consumer cancels 24 hours before the appointment time, there is no penalty. If the Consumer cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment time, they will receive a notification that advises them they may be subject to a penalty, from which they can X-out or Continue to cancel. When the originally scheduled appointment time ends, any time that was not used (by this or any other Consumer) will not be refunded to the Consumer who initially made the appointment and canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Conversely, time that was used/replaced by another user will yield a refund for those minutes to the initial Consumer.

Consumer No-Shows
No-shows are considered when a Consumer arrives 30 seconds or later than the appointed time or not at all. Consumers will receive a notification that advises them that time not consumed in this time slot – by them or other users – will not be refunded. They do have the option to reach out to the Psychic to fill this time if it is not claimed by another user. This also applies to no-shows due to technical issues. Consumers have the option to contact the Help desk and may still be able to use some of the duration of this appointment if it does not get claimed by another Consumer.
